A Better Way to Care for Homes — and Our Community

At Rim Rock Property Plus, we’ve always believed that caring for homes is really about caring for people. Over the past year, as we’ve grown alongside our clients and our community, it became clear that our original service structure needed to evolve to better serve real-life needs — not just tidy categories.

This update reflects what we’ve learned in the field, in conversations with homeowners, and through moments where neighbors simply needed help.

Why We’re Changing Our Service Model

We originally offered three tiered plans designed to fit different levels of home care. While these plans worked on paper, we noticed something important in practice:

  • Homes don’t break down in neat tiers
  • Needs change from season to season
  • Many homeowners wanted flexibility without committing to services they didn’t currently need

So instead of asking our clients to fit into a plan, we decided to build a model that adapts to them — their budgets, their timelines, and the reality that most homeowners don’t need (or want) high monthly costs for services they may not use.

Introducing Two Simple Options — Built for Real Budgets and Real Life

🏔️ The Summit Plan — All-Inclusive Home Care

The Summit Plan is for homeowners who want peace of mind and full coverage. It includes comprehensive, proactive home maintenance and handyman support throughout the year — without having to track tiers or limits.

This plan is ideal for:

  • Busy professionals
  • Seniors who want reliable care
  • Homeowners who prefer one trusted team handling it all

It’s simple, consistent, and designed so small issues don’t become costly repairs.

🔧 The $20 Pick-Your-Package Membership — Simple, Affordable, Flexible

For many homeowners, ongoing high monthly service plans simply aren’t affordable — and that’s okay. That’s why we created the $20 monthly Home Care Membership, designed to keep professional home care accessible while allowing you to choose services only when you need them.

This membership gives you meaningful value without pressure, including:

  • Access to our online client portal for scheduling, service history, and communication
  • An annual Home Evaluation, providing a professional overview of your home’s condition
  • 10% off random handyman repairs
  • 20% off service packages
  • Priority scheduling
  • The ability to select services as needs arise — no unnecessary monthly commitments
  • A direct contribution to Trailhead Blessings, helping neighbors in need

Whether it’s a seasonal check, a one-time repair, or help down the road — you stay in control, while still being connected to a trusted local team.

Why This Matters

This shift wasn’t about simplifying our workload — it was about listening.

We serve homeowners in Spokane, Stevens, and surrounding rural communities, and many are:

  • Aging in place
  • Managing properties from a distance
  • Juggling work, family, and unexpected repairs

A flexible model allows us to show up better, faster, and more consistently.

Introducing Trailhead Blessings

Alongside this business update, we’re honored to introduce Trailhead Blessings — our community give-back initiative.

Trailhead Blessings exists because sometimes:

  • A repair can’t wait
  • A homeowner can’t afford help
  • A little support makes a big difference

Funded in part by Home Care Memberships, Trailhead Blessings allows Rim Rock Property Plus to provide repairs and home services to neighbors facing hardship — quietly, respectfully, and with dignity.

This isn’t charity for attention. It’s neighbors helping neighbors.

Moving Forward

Our mission remains the same:

Protect homes. Support people. Strengthen community.

This new structure allows us to do all three more effectively.

If you’ve been with us since the beginning — thank you for growing with us. If you’re new here — welcome.

We’re grateful to serve, and we look forward to what’s ahead.
