About Us

WHO WE ARE

Rim Rock Property Plus was born from a legacy of craftsmanship and a drive to do things differently. Founder Ken launched his first company, Key Way Construction, back in 1996 after gaining hands-on construction experience straight out of high school. Though the economic downturn led him to pause that journey in 2009, Ken spent the following years sharpening his leadership as a superintendent and project manager—only to return to his entrepreneurial roots in 2018 with the creation of Rim Rock Renovations, LLC.

With a growing team known for skill, professionalism, and pride in their work, Rim Rock Renovations built a reputation for quality home upgrades, additions, and new builds. Now, seeing a need for consistent, trustworthy property care, Ken has launched Rim Rock Property Plus—a division committed to safeguarding homes through thoughtful, proactive maintenance.

Our vision is clear: to simplify homeownership with recurring service plans rooted in prevention, safety, seasonal readiness, and energy efficiency. No more chasing down contractors or managing piecemeal repairs. With responsive communication, meticulous work, and honest service, we make sure your home is protected—and your time is respected.

Why Choose Rim Rock Property Plus

As local homeowners ourselves, we understand the value of comfort, safety, and community. Our proactive maintenance plans are built for busy families who want peace of mind without the hassle. We handle the details — keeping your home safe, efficient, and cared for year-round — while also giving back to the neighbors and communities we proudly serve.
