We have 3 annual recurring plans. The Basin, Crest, & Summit Plans

Since every home is different how do I know what plan best suits me?
By scheduling a home visit with our plan consultant who will walk you through the various options and analyze the general health of your home.
How many visits a year do these plans have?
There is one visit a quarter and they are strategic based on the season.
Once a plan is selected, when can I expect my first visit?
Your initial home maintenance visit will be within 3 weeks of signing up.
Do I need to be home when my home is being serviced?
No, many of our clients are gone anyway since they have busy schedules and have hired us to help get back their valuable time. But if you are home, that is fine too. We will work around you to make sure you will always have a well-functioning place to live.
How will I know when to expect a service visit?
A reminder text message or email will be sent 1 week prior to the visit, 1 day prior to visit, & 1 hour prior to arrival.
What is the duration of a typical service visit?
You can expect our technician to be there anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours from the time they arrive till they leave.
How will I know if and what has been done during any one visit?
You will receive an itemized work order break out in your customer portal or an email.
Do you repair or service anything outside of what is in the plans you provide?
Yes, with each visit anything that may present itself or is brought to our attention will be tabulated, quoted, & prioritized for approval. If needed the selected items will be addressed in a prompt manner with visit from our repair technician or qualified partner.
Will the same technician be always servicing our property?
We will always try to provide the same technician for your quarterly visits. We feel this is important in building sustaining trusting relationships.
