Rim Rock Property Plus offers strategic seasonal maintenance services tailored to protect your home year-round. Our tiered plans—Basin, Crest, and Summit—are designed to prepare your home for shifting conditions while preventing avoidable damage caused by weather and neglect.

Basin Plan

The Basin Plan offers foundational seasonal support with targeted, essential service. Each visit includes cleaning and inspecting your home’s fresh air intake and crawl space vents—key to maintaining healthy airflow and reducing buildup of allergens, dust, and pests. It’s a simple yet effective way to keep your home’s systems breathing clean.

Crest Plan

The Crest Plan builds on the Basin service by adding full winterizing and summarizing, ensuring your home is protected against temperature extremes. This includes checks and adjustments to safeguard systems from freezing or overheating, helping extend equipment life and reduce emergency repairs. It’s a balanced plan for homeowners looking to actively manage seasonal changes.

Summit Plan

The Summit Plan delivers full-service seasonal care. In addition to all Crest and Basin offerings, it includes gutter cleaning (up to 22′ high and 100′ of gutter), cleaning of condensation lines from HVAC and humidifier systems, and winterization/de-winterization of exterior hose bibs. We also conduct a visual inspection of your home’s exterior, addressing minor issues like caulking, visible vent clogs, insects, or accessible wasp nests. This plan is ideal for proactive homeowners who want comprehensive seasonal protection and peace of mind from top to bottom.

Not at all. Most of our clients aren’t home during service. We’ll keep you in the loop and work around your schedule.

You’ll receive a detailed service report in your portal or via email after each visit, outlining what was checked, repaired, or recommended.

Yes. If anything comes up, we’ll quote and prioritize it for you. You can approve what you’d like addressed, and we’ll handle the rest.
